Harrow Shotokan Karate Club, which meets at Trinity Church in Harrow, had great success at the Japan Shotokan Karate Association UK Championship held at Ash Manor Sports Centre near Guildford on February 28.
The championship saw teams from England, Scotland and Wales fight it out for a great day of competition.
Guest referee was Sensei Soon Pretorious 7th Dan from JSKA South Africa.
Chief instructor Shyam Raithatha won gold in the over-35s Kata (forms) and bronze in Kumite (sparring).
Anas Jarboua won the 19-34 Kumite with a close-won fight against Nicholas Jones, who took the silver making a one and two for Harrow.
Nicholas Jones also won gold in Kata with Anas coming third.
The three-man team also took the overall team title crowning them JSKA UK champions for 2015.
All in all, a great day for Harrow Shotokan.
