It has come to my notice that some of the community in the borough of Harrow have been excluded from the planning and designing of the float that will take part in the Lord Mayor’s parade on New Year’s Day, 2015.
As we did so well last year, coming third with a prize of £5,000, I can hardly believe this to be true.
Can anyone please let me know whether what I’ve heard is correct.
