The former chairman of governors of a Wembley school has been charged with fraud offences.
Dr Indravadan Patel, of Green Lane, Stanmore, is the sixth person to be accused of misappropriation of funds at Copland Community School in Cecil Avenue, Wembley.
The 72-year-old was charged today with conspiracy to defraud and fraud by abuse of position.
He will appear on bail at Westminster Magistrates Court on June 12 along with five other former staff members who were charged last month.
Former head Sir Alan Davies, has been charged with conspiracy to defraud, money laundering, conspiracy to commit false accounting and fraud by abuse of position.
Dr Richard Evans, 55, of Barnet and Martin Day, 57, were both charged with conspiracy to defraud and fraud by abuse of position.
And Michele McKenzie, 52, of Ruislip and former bursar, Columbus Udokoro, 61, are charged with conspiracy to defraud and conspiracy to commit false accounting.
