A Kenton school has become one of 60 across the country recognised for teaching gifted children.
Jewish Free School in The Mall has been given a Challenge Award by the National Association for Able Children.
It received the award for giving able children the right environment to achieve their potential.
Assessors who visited the school praised pupils’ attitude towards staff, the variety of extra-curricular activities on offer and good GCSE and A Level results.
Headteacher Jonathan Miller said he was “proud” to receive the award, adding: “Our teachers are committed to enabling all students to reach their full potential.”
