HARROW has voted 'no' to AV by a resounding 20,000 votes.
The borough was one of many across the country which voted against changing the electoral system.
With a turnout of 37.9 per cent, 40,993 people voted 'no' while 20,990 voted 'yes' and 156 ballot papers were rejected.
