BOLLYWOOD dancers and a clown brought colour to the launch of a new support group for parents of disabled children.
The Harrow Parents 4 Disabled Children Forum is a website where mothers and fathers can get advice from volunteers who themselves have experience of raising children with disabilities.
The launch party, held at Woodlands School, in Bransgrove Road, Edgware, on Saturday, brought together the parents and children involved.
Neelkanth Patel, information development officer, said: βIt went brilliantly. The website is basically a first port of call for any parent with a disabled child because it can be quite daunting.
βA lot of families were there. There were a lot of cultural events like Bollywood dancers, there were stalls and there was balloon making.β
