In last week’s issue of the Harrow Times we ran a story about a delay in schools meeting safety standards for maintaining asbestos.
We incorrectly stated that Norbury School was failing to meet safety standards.
In actual fact the date for compliance has not yet been reached.
Therefore the school has not been given new deadlines, and there is no further building work to be completed. We would like to apologise for this error.
