POLICE will give a presentation on hostage and crisis negotiation to Harrow residents as the inquest into a barrister shot in London continues.
Officers from New Scotland Yard will give a talk at Harrow Police and Community Consultative Group (HPCCG) at Harrow Civic Centre at 7.30pm tonight.
Mark Saunders, 32, was shot by specialist firearms officers in 2008 after firing a shotgun at them from the window of his Chelsea flat.
An inquest is ongoing into the circumstances surrounding his death.
