Whenever we are confronted with a common problem all loyal Harrovians put their personal differences behind and pool their talents and energies to fight for their local community. Very commendable.
Cllr Susan Hall and Cllr Bill Stephenson, Leader of Harrow Council,have blazed a trail for us to follow.They are demonstrating that right is might, not the reverse,and must be applauded for adopting a very practical approach.
We cannot have devolution of power on the one hand and seizure of our local court on the other!Just does not add up.The time for talking has passed.
The Harrow Times has launched a campaign to help support us.The clock is ticking away!Please let us strengthen the hands of our able Councillors and join in with gusto.
We need thousands of signatures to prove to Ken Clarke that we will not allow him to grab this precious local Court out of our hands!
