BRENT will come together in memory of a long serving stalwart of local politics today.
Politicians will remember the life of Dai Davies and his contribution to education policy in the borough during a ceremony at Brent Town Hall, in Forty Lane, at 7.30pm.
A funeral was held for the former Communist Party member in Melksham on Saturday, May 8th, following his death the Tuesday before.
He is survived by his sons, Andrew and Paul, and daughter Cathy.
