Join EFR Travel Group as a Corporate Operations Manager

As part of this role, your job will be to manage the Sales and Service Operations across all EFR Travel Brands.

You would be responsible for ensuring best practice processes and procedures are in place across the business.

You will also ensure that staff are effectively managed and motivated so that they can provide the very best service to clients.

You would report to the Chief Operating Officer of the Group within this role. 

On top of staff management, you'll also ensure that weekly sales reports are in place to communicate performance to COO/CEO weekly as part of the company's sales and service delivery. 

The position is also very involved in client and project management as you will oversee the company's transition to Amadeus and support and promote the rollout of online booking. 

The role is based at the company’s Head Office but will also require you to travel to clients throughout the UK.

Hybrid working options are also available.

Join EFR Travel Group as a Corporate Travel Consultant

The full-time position will involve impressing new and existing clients by providing them with a dedicated personal service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to clients’ enquiries in a professional, knowledgeable and timely manner
  • Provide a dedicated service offering accurate information on availability costs
  • Ensure all reservations are completed accurately and checked thoroughly
  • Follow up on enquiries to maximize sales opportunities
  • Build up a rapport to ensure a good long-term relationship with the client
  • Maximise use of net fares and consolidators to optimize profit margins
  • Ensure company procedures are followed using systems available
  • Maintain the companies’ commercial policies and their implementation, whilst complying with necessary regulations and codes of practice
  • Maintain up to date product knowledge
  • Ensure accounting information is processed accurately and interfaced to the administration department
  • Other requests made by the Operations Manager
  • Ability to take initiative and make decisions on work-related issues in the absence of the Operations Manager
  • Ensure Q’s are actioned promptly and that all profiles are kept up to date

The position is based in Bushley Heath in Hentsmere (hybrid working options are available) and comes with a competitive salary and access to the commission and pension schemes.
