POLICE arrested a suspected burglar trying to break into a cannabis factory this morning.
Officers were called to a house in Stanmore at 2.30am to deal with an attempted burglary.
When they arrived, they discovered hundreds of cannabis plants upstairs in the house, in 62 Weston Drive.
A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary. Two other men sped away in a car.
The man is currently being questioned by police, and forensic teams are examining the house for evidence.
