A HARROW woman has launched her new career as a model from a social networking website, and dreams of being the first Asian person to pose topless on Page Three of The Sun.

Sunita Nersian, from Masons Avenue, Wealdstone, was spotted online when she posted pictures of herself on the website Facebook.

She was scouted by John Cowan, of modelling agency 1st Models East, and is now progressing in her new career as a glamour model.

The 24-year-old, known to friends as Sunny, said: "I put some photos up on the site, but never thought I would be scouted. Then John found me and that was it.

"I love Facebook and it's a great opportunity as you never know who is on there."

Sunny has already had lots of work, including television presenting, modelling in fashion shows, and appearing in late night adult entertainment shows. She wants to follow in the footsteps of her idol, glamour model Jordan.

She said: "Jordan's an extremely beautiful, talented, successful role model for me - and has a great head on her shoulders.

"It would be an honour to pose for the Daily Star, Daily Sport, or The Sun. I'd love to do lads mags such as FHM, Maxim, and Zoo. I love reading these and it would be my dream."

Sunny describes herself as "quite slim, tall, leggy and a very confident person", and loves expressing herself in front of the camera.

She comes from an Asian Hindu family, but has their full support and does not believe her background should be an issue in her career.

She said: "I really don't think it's a big deal to be seen in lingerie or even topless. People do it all the time, whether it is in a classy paper or magazine, or on the beach. I can't understand why it's a big deal just because I'm an Asian girl.

"I think people are more open nowadays and hopefully will be fine and not frown upon which way my career goes or what I do next."

Sunny is looking forward to all the benefits that come with her new career as a glamour model. She said: "I look forward to meeting all sorts of exciting people, travelling the world and being open to all sorts of new experiences."
