A man is being sought by police after a sexual assault on a teenage girl in Edgware.
Just after 4pm on Friday, May 20, the suspect approached a 15-year-old girl sitting at a bus stop outside Izgara restaurant on High Street, sat down next to her and exposed himself.
The terrified teen fled the scene but was followed by the suspect. She walked into a nearby supermarket and called her father, who then alerted police.
CCTV cameras caught a sight of the suspect outside the shop.
The suspect is described as a slim white man in his mid-20s, with a light-coloured ginger beard, blue denim shorts, a red jacket, and a burgundy bag over his shoulder. He was also wearing dark socks and blue trainers with white soles.
Police are keen to hear from anyone who may recognise the man shown on CCTV.
