NEIGHBOURS can voice their opinion on extending parking restrictions.

Harrow Council is asking people for their views on turning West Avenue, in Rayners Lane, into a Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ).

In 2011, restrictions were implemented in the northern part of the road – but not the rest. People launched a petition to the council in 2014 requesting for it to be extended.

The consultation will give people the chance to mention any other parking concerns they have on the road.

If approved, people will have to pay £70 for a permit for their first car and £105 for their second.

The closing date for responses will be Monday June 13. For more information, contact the scheme officer on sally.wilson@harrow.gov.uk or 020 8424.
