An Edgware shopping centre was filled with hidden Easter eggs during a weekend of festivities.
Children could have their faces painted and take part in art and craft workshops and an Easter Egg hunt at The Broadwalk shopping, in Station Road.
The centre also hosted its first ever bake off competition, in which Easter-themed cakes were judged by Mayor of Barnet Hugh Rayner and Gina Oneybalu, the manager of Costa Coffee.
In first place was Paulina Kopec, 14, with her Mazurek cake – a traditional Polish pastry dish baked to celebrate Easter.
Salvation Army worker Sonia Roberts came second with her Victoria sponges.
In third place was Lucy Hamilton, 15, who created a handmade Easter chick sitting in a nest of sugar snap with shredded cinnamon-covered apple.
Centre manager Angela Brooks said: “Our Easter event was a great success and it was wonderful to see so many of our younger shoppers and local residents taking part in the free activities.
“The bake off competition was really well received and we were delighted with the level of entries on the day.
“Congratulations to Paulina, Sonia and Lucy for being crowned the winners and a big thank you to our judges, Mayor Rayner and Gina Oneybalu. We pride ourselves on being at the heart of the community and believe this event really brought the people of Edgware together for a fun and interactive day.”
