Medical examiners have not been able to establish a cause of death of a man who fell from a minicab.
Padraig O'Dea, 26, died on Monday morning after falling from a moving minicab in Rayners Lane in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Detectives investigating the incident say a post-mortem examination took place at St Mary's Hospital mortuary, but no cause of death was established and further tests will be carried out.
Mr O’Dea, originally from Kilmaine in Ballinrobe, County Mayo, had been living London for the past two years.
Officers investigating believe he was part of a group that was close to a Renault Traffic minicab parked outside Domino's Pizza on Alexandra Avenue.
The vehicle then drove away but after a short distance the driver realised the tailgate was open and a man was rolling on the road behind the vehicle.
The cab driver returned to the scene and has not been arrested.
Tributes have been paid to Mr O’Dea, who lived in Hanwell, Ealing, and a small memorial has been set up at the Man of Arran Pub in Rayners Lane, which he used to visit.
Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are investigating the incident and are calling for anyone with information to get in contact.
