Families are being invited to one of the borough’s oldest historical landmarks for a May Day celebration.
Headstone Manor and Harrow Museum in Pinner View will host its annual May Day Bank Holiday event on Monday May 5.
To commemorate the start of WWI the event will recreate a May Day celebration of 100 years ago and there will army re-enactment camp for people to learn more about the Great War.
There will also be Edwardian music wagon, steam-powered funfair, and display of military vehicles and displays of traditional Morris and Maypole Dancing.
The day’s festivities will run from 12-5pm, with tickets for adults costing £3.50, £1.50 for children under 12 and free entry for children under four.
