Pubs and hairdressers in Watford reopen on Super Saturday - recap

    Hairdressers, pubs and restaurants across Watford will be opening their doors after more than three months of lockdown.

  • The high street is expected to be busy today as many look forward to their first haircut in a salon or barbers.

  • Punters will also be able to drink and eat in a pub, although there will be restrictions and new rules in place. In Wetherspoon pubs, for example, live sport will not be shown.

  • A poll by health and safety company Protecting suggests just one in five people in Watford plan to head to the pubs today.
