Abdoulaye Doucoure has completed a move to Everton for a fee believed to be in the region of £25million.
The French midfielder travelled to Liverpool for a medical at the end of last week and has today finally completed his switch.
An announcement was expected sooner regarding the deal, but the Toffees were delayed as they tied up moves for both Allan and James Rodriguez.
Doucoure's move signals the first high-profile exit from Vicarage Road following the club's relegation to the Championship, with other big names, including Gerard Deulofeu, expected to follow.
During his time at Watford, Doucoure made 141 appearances in all competitions, scoring 17 goals and providing 12 assists.
