Out-on-loan Watford striker Alex Jakubiak has been nominated for the PFA League One Player of the Month award for his performances with Gillingham.
The striker is one of six nominees to be nominated for the award for August.
The 23-year-old scored three goals during the opening month of the season, including an opening day goal against Doncaster Rovers at the Keepmoat Stadium and a brace against Blackpool.
Jakubiak is on his eighth loan spell away from Watford, having previously spent time with Braintree Town, Oxford United, Dagenham & Redbridge, Fleetwood Town, Wycombe Wanderers, Falkirk and most recently Bristol Rovers.
The Scottish Under-19 international has already surpassed his league goal tally from last season, when he scored two goals in 38 games for the Gas.
