COMMUTERS are facing delays on their way to work this morning after another signal failure.
The fault, at Neasden, has caused delays along the Metropolitan Line through Harrow according to reports filtering through.
Transport for London says trains are now running to all stations following earlier reduced services, but passengers should allow extra time for their journeys.
