THE British National Party has put forward a candidate to stand for election to Brent Council.
Richard Blackmore is the solitary BNP candidate for Brent Council, and has been nominated to run in Fryent ward.
The Kensal Green resident is challenging in the Labour-held ward, where sitting councillors George Crane, Jim Moher, and Ruth Moher are hoping to retain their seats.
The Lib Dems, Conservatives, and the Green Party are all fielding three candidates in the ward, which covers the areas of Roe Green, Kingsbury Green, and Fryent Country Park.
