Harrow Town didn't let a two-hour delay on the A3 get them down and scored a 60 run-victory over Fullers on Sunday to complete a winning weekend.
Roadworks which led to a five-mile tailback meant the match being restricted to a 37 over affair, but the travel weary team rose to the occasion and grabbed themselves second position in the Middlesex Sunday League.
Graeme West scored 56, Majid Ali 42 and Ian Goddard weighed in with 44 from just 21 balls to help his side to 199 for six in their allotted overs.
In reply the Town attack restricted Fullers to 139 for seven with each of Town's six bowlers taking a wicket and one run out.
