Pinner's & Grammarians captain Simon Woulds is looking forward to his first season in charge, and aims to bring a fresh approach.
He said: "The problems of last season lay not within the teams' playing abilities, but as a result of poor levels of fitness.
"This year we intend to be fully focused on our goals, namely promotion, which will require a total committment from our squad."
Fitness instructor and dietician expert, Pierre Marsh has been drafted in to assist with pre-season training, which starts today (July 9) at at the Clubhouse, Shaftesbury Playing Fields, Grimsdyke Road, Hatch End.
Pinner will be running 3 XVs and an occasional Vets XV this season and new players (or social members) at every level are welcome.
