SUPERMARKET chain Morrison's has signed a 25-year lease to open a store in Harrow town centre.
The company will occupy the large retail space on the second floor of Neptune Point, which is due to be built following approval at a planning inquiry.
Sainsbury's had originally been touted as the occupier of the store, but an announcement was made last week revealing Morrisons as the new partner with Parkridge Developments, the builders of Neptune Point.
The development includes 146 flats above the supermarket, and ground and first floor parking, with construction due to start in March next year.
