Following your article regarding the waste plant for Harrow (‘Kodak site could become high-tech waste plant’, October 8) I wish to ask Councillor Susan Hall how she will be consulting with the residents nearby to the former Kodak site.
It appears she has clearly made up her mind as she says she would love Harrow to have a waste plant.
What about the views of the residents Cllr Hall ?
