A SECOND man has been charged with the murder of a father-of-three in Edgware.
Louis Tate, 23, has been accused of causing the death of Garry Frater in De Havilland Road in the early hours of May 30.
Mr Frater, 32, was hit by a car after returning from a night out in Watford and died of multiple internal injuries.
Police arrested Jake Lee, 21, from Heathfield Road, Acton, and charged him on June 1 with murder. He has been remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on September 8.
Mr Tate, of Rosamun Street, Southall, is due to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, July 29, to face the murder charge.
