TRAIN bosses have been forced to suspend services through Harrow because of a power failure in Kenton.
London Overground trains are not running between Willesden Junction and Watford Junction as engineers try to fix the problem.
Tickets are being accepted on London Midland services, which have not been affected, and a special shuttle service has been arranged between Willesden Junction and Euston to help stranded passengers.
