A man has admitted assaulting a woman and “swinging a cat by its tail”.
Andre Bailey, 41, of Elm Grove, Harrow, appeared at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on April 15.
He entered guilty pleas to two counts of assault by beating against the same woman in Harrow Weald on February 5.
Bailey also entered a guilty plea to a charge of lifting or dragging an animal by part of its body causing it pain or suffering.
Court documents state that this charge relates to an incident at his home address on February 5 where he swung a cat by its tail, causing it to screech in pain.
Bailey was bailed until he is sentenced on May 14.
