From getting the August bank holiday underway to the last weeks of a major exhibition, here are five things to do in London August 21-27.

1 Hilma AF Klint and Mondrian exhibition at The Tate, Bankside

The Tate’s current major exhibition wraps up at the end of the month, so if you haven’t perused the works on display as part of the Hilma af Klint Piet Mondrian exhibition now’s your change. The modern art museum have put the Dutch and Swedish artist together to connect their nature-inspired art, and their exploration in trying to understand existential questions, and their shared interest in scientific discovery, spirituality and philosophy.

2 Junkyard Golf, Camden

One of London’s premier crazy golf specialists have opened up a new venue in Camden, and Junkyard Golf Club’s newest location is its biggest one yet. Putt your way around psychotic creepy clowns, cage-fighting grizzly bears, disco dens, crashed planes fighting grizzly bears and basement horror raves. The golf course also has four bars and a neon hangout zone with an entire wall of classic arcade games. Opens Wednesday August 16.

For families, there's a stage that's suitable for those with children in tow.
