TWO teenagers were brutally beaten in a Harrow Weald park by a gang who offered them drugs.
A black teenager, from a group of between seven and ten youths, offered to sell the boys cannabis and, when they declined, the gang rushed the pair, punching and kicking them.
One hit the first boy in the face, knocking him to the floor, and, after they pummelled him, they moved on to the second teenager, some taking off their belts to beat him with.
By the time the attack, in Harrow Weald Recreation Ground yesterday, was over one of the boys was left with a one inch cut on his head, which had to be glued together at Northwick Park Hospital.
The victims, one 18 and one 19, called their parents, who came to meet them at the park and found two members of the gang, who then ran away.
Two people have been arrested in connection with the attack, which happened between 6.45pm and 7pm, but police are still appealing for witnesses.
