Police are still hoping to find a man who has been missing for nearly three weeks.
Paul, from Harrow was reported missing on February 5.
Weeks later, the Metropolitan Police have launched an appeal to find the 63-year-old.
Paul is said to have links to “all areas of London”, meaning he could be anywhere within the capital.
