Temporary traffic management restrictions are set to be imposed for at least a month in a section of Harrow-on-the-Hill High Street.

A notice from Harrow Council in this week’s edition of the Harrow Times outlines proposals to make an order to allow utility works to take place.

Under the plans, vehicles will be unable to wait or load at any times, when signs are in place in High Street, on the east side between a point 27.45 metres north of the extended eastern kerb-line of Church Hill and a point 35.85 metres north of that point.

The order is scheduled to take effect from 8am on April 12 and will remain in place until July 16, 2022. However, it is anticipated that the work should be completed by May 16.

Prior to that, a no waiting or loading order is set to be introduced in Stanley Road to allow utility works to take place.

This order is scheduled to take effect at 8am on April 8 and the work is expected to be finished by April 10.

It will apply between a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 24 and 26 Stanley Road and a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 40 and 42.
