PEOPLE across Harrow fell silent in memory of the sacrifice made by members of the armed forces and civilians in times of war on Sunday morning.
The two minute silence was observed at the Harrow Civic Remembrance Service, on the stroke of the eleventh hour, on the eleventh day, of the eleventh month.
This tradition marks the exact anniversary of the armistice agreement coming into affect in Great Britain, marking the end of World War I in this country.
