Facilities at St George’s shopping centre have undergone “significant changes” following customer feedback.
The centre’s toilets, situated on the second floor, are now “brighter, smarter and more efficient” in a bid to improve customer experience.
Feedback from visitors suggested that they needed an upgrade and the team at St George’s has ensured that this has come to fruition.
As well as developments to the men’s and women’s, the disabled toilets have undergone a makeover, resulting in improved facilities for all shoppers.
Darren Harman, Centre Manager at St George’s, said: “Our aim is to create a modern and vibrant shopping environment, without losing touch with the community we serve.
“The new look toilets are a vast improvement and we hope that our shoppers will enjoy using them.”
