This year’s Harrow civic service will feature chaplains from five religions to demonstrate interfaith unity across the borough.
Representatives from the Christian, Hindu, Muslim, Jewish, and Jain communities – as well as the Mayor of Harrow – will attend the ceremony at the Parish and Borough Church of St Mary’s, on Church Hill, on Sunday.
The service will begin with the universal prayer of peace, and will see councillors renew their pledges of allegiance to the residents of Harrow.
A reception will be held afterwards by the head teacher of Harrow School.
The service will begin promptly at 10.30am.
