A NHS trust responsible for mental health and community care is one of the best in the country to work for, according to a recent staff survey.
Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) is in the country’s top 20 per cent for staff satisfaction.
The trust is one of the biggest in the UK and employs more than 7,000 people and is responsible for mental health services in Harrow.
Its cheif executive Claire Murdoch said: "These are pleasing results which are important. Our staff are our greatest asset and that they should feel engaged and valued is essential in being able to deliver high quality care to patients.
“I am very proud of the work they do and would like to thank them.”
The trust scored better than other mental health trusts in 17 key measures and scored the national average on four.
