Mixed music and dance group Celtic Flames are set to take Hayes by storm, when they come to town for a special concert.
Performers in the 24-piece group, who are based in Galway, West of Ireland, range from ages six to 60, and play and perform a quality, eclectic mix of traditional Irish music, song and dance, fused with elements of the contemporary.
Using 15 different musical instruments to deliver a unique and vibrant sound, their versatile, world champion dancers perform the full dynamic of Irish dancing including light, heavy, set and twig dancing, while a variety of singers perform a rousing hybrid of traditional ballads and modern classics from artists including Adele, Bob Dylan and Mumford and Sons.
