Activities are all around multi-sports and are game based.
Instructors are all qualified and safe-guarding vetted and will conduct sessions to allow participants to go at their own pace. This isn't bootcamp!
It's fun with a purpose and a real benefit for everyone. You can join at any session and stay for one 6-weekly session programme and then continue as long as you like. We will simply get more instructors and more sessions so that everyone will still get the same level of support no matter how many people come along.
