A new exhibition about Harrow on the Hill is about to open at Harrow Museum.

The Harrow Hill Trust, Harrow School and St Mary’s Parish Church have come together to put on the free exhibition at the Pinner View museum.

The display, Celebrating the Hill: Harrow’s Secret Heart, highlights some of the area's heritage as well as telling the stories of its well known characters.

Martin Verden, chairman of Harrow Heritage Trust, said: “I am delighted that the next exhibition at the Harrow Museum will highlight the rich seam of heritage that Harrow on the Hill has to offer our borough.

“Harrow School, St. Mary's Church, houses designed by fine Victorian architects, wonderful views and its famous citizens will all feature.

“A visit to the exhibition is highly recommended.”

The exhibition will run from February 2 until July 7.
