LESBIAN VAMPIRE KILLERS
The big picture: Youʼre in for a hell of a night with this comedy thriller! James Corden and Matthew Horne, stars of the award-winning Gavin and Stacey, play best friends in their first movie together. As luck would have it, they find themselves stuck in a village where all the women have been enslaved by a legendary vampire curse. Naturally, the boys must put all their fears (and fantasies!) behind them and rise to the challenge of becoming lesbian vampire killers. Also stars Swedishborn actress MyAnna Buring, already a veteran of several blistering horror movies.

DUPLICITY
The big picture: From Tony Gilroy, screenwriter of the Bourne trilogy, comes this razor-sharp thriller reuniting Julia Roberts and Clive Owen (from Closer). Here they play Claire and Ray, two secret agents having a clandestine love affair. They get embroiled in a highstakes espionage game to outsmart their respective bosses – but the toughest part of the job turns out to be deciding how much to trust the one you love. Tom Wilkinson and Paul Giamatti also star.

THE AGE OF STUPID
The big picture: An inconvenient truth for our times. In this terrifically ambitious new documentary from director Franny (McLibel) Armstrong, Pete Postlethwaite plays a man living in Cornwall in a devastated future world of 2055. He looks back at real footage from 2008 and asks why didnʼt we stop climate change before it was too late?
