Hello, my name is Toma and I’m a beautiful, gentle, 11-year-old girl.

I was brought to the National Animal Welfare Trust as my owner was moving abroad and couldn’t take me with them. It takes me a while to settle into new surroundings, so I’ll need a gentle, patient owner who is home all or most of the day.

I was at the centre for seven months before I started coming out of hiding and feeling comfortable around people but now I love to have a cuddle and a play. I’m looking for a quiet home with adults, or families with children aged 14 and over, where I’ll be given the space and time to settle in at my own pace.

Harrow Times:

Once I know you I love having a chin rub and playing with my toys, but it will take time so my new owner will need to be patient. I’m looking for a home without any other pets and once I’ve settled I would like access to the outdoors so I can explore.

Did you know stroking a pet like me is very soothing and lowers blood pressure, stress and anxiety levels, reducing the risk of strokes and heart attacks?

If you’d like a loving companion, email reception@nawt.org.uk or call 0208 950 0177 (option 2) to arrange a visit. The centre is open from 11am to 4pm daily. Find us at Tylers Way, Watford Bypass (A41), WD25 8WT.
