Watford people can watch prospective MPs answer questions from the public at a hustings tonight.

The Watford Observer has teamed up with Watford Churches Together for the forum at Beechen Grove Baptist Church tonight - and there is still time to send your questions.

The Observer will be reporting live as Conservative candidate Dean Russell, Labour's Chris Ostrowski and Liberal Democrat Ian Stotesbury make their pitches tonight (November 25) from 7.45pm until 9.30pm.

Unfortunately the Social Democratic Party candidate Michael McGetrick is not able to attend.

You can follow the event online at the Observer website and comment with the hashtag #watfordhustings.

Each candidate will give a three-minute opening statement before answering questions from the public.

Candidates will have two minutes to answer each question - which they will not see in advance - before making a two-and-a-half-minute closing statement.

Questions can still be submitted by emailing the Rev Ian Pankhurst at vicar@standrewswatford.org.uk.
