On the trains, no service on the Abbey Line between Watford Junction and St Albans Abbey. Emergency services have been called to the line after a body was found on the track at Watford North.

Good service on all tube lines apart from the Jubilee Line due to a mechanical problem on a number of trains.

On the roads, nothing major to report on the M1, M25, or M11 but it is slow in some places including anticlockwise from Hertfordshire to Heathrow on the m25, AND m11 south between M25 and A406.

There is one lane shut, of three, anticlockwise at j23 for South Mimms due to a broken down vehicle.

Busy westbound on the A406 between Fore Street and Powys Lane, and again between High Road, East Finchley, and Henly's Corner.

Roads are busy across a triangle of Borehamwood, Edgware, and Stanmore this morning. No obvious problems on the A1 but Barnet Lane towards Elstree and roads near junction of Totteridge Common and and Hendon Wood Lane very slow.

Reports of a crash in Oxhey Lane, Carpenders Park, slowing traffic in both directions.

Roadworks in Hampermill Lane after junction of Brookdene Avenue is seeing traffic tail back to Bushey Arches.

Very slow into St Albans from Hemel Hempstead Road and Harpenden Road.
