Tom Cleverley could feature for Watford tomorrow night after suffering a setback in his return from injury.
The midfielder strained his knee ligament in the 2-0 win over Wycombe Wanderers at the beginning of March.
Initially he had hoped to be fit and ready for the game against Sheffield Wednesday after the international break.
However the club have since confirmed that he suffered a setback to that injury, but is now hopeful of being ready for tomorrow's game against Reading.
Other than Cleverley, Watford only have long-term injured players Troy Deeney and Tom Dele-Bashiru missing, while the rest of the squad has been declared fit for the game against the Royals.
A win tomorrow night would take them 12 points clear of third place Brentford.
