Ismaila Sarr believes Xisco Munoz's attacking philosophy is helping Watford in their quest for promotion.

The Hornets made it three wins on the trot when they beat Derby County on Friday evening, the third game in which the head coach has used a 4-3-3 formation, which the players have been praising in the wake of its success.

Sarr has clearly benefited from the change, directly playing his part in five goals during a man of the match display against Bristol City, while also setting up Joao Pedro for the opening goal against the Rams.

After the match he told the club website that he believes the new style is really working.

"We are playing well, attacking well and we are attacking together," said Sarr. "Every coach has a different mentality, has different tactics and a different way of playing.

Harrow Times:

"We are attacking well as a team and it's working out. Everyone did very well in the last two games, from the team to the coaches. It wasn't easy, but we did it."

Sarr had cut a frustrated figure in earlier matches, playing out wide in a 4-4-2 formation that Will Hughes admitted never saw the Hornets fully take control of a game.

However, the winger said he is feeling positive and is focused on the task at hand.

"I feel well physically and mentally," he said. "But it is not about me. It is about the team. I know I can do better, but the important thing is to help the team.

Harrow Times:

"We are working hard to get back to the Premier League. It will be hard, but we've got to keep working.

"it will be a great achievement if we get Watford back to the Premier League."
