Stipe Perica and Christian Kabasele will both be available for Watford's trip to Bristol City tomorrow evening.

The Croatian striker has been missing since he injured his arm in a 1-1 draw with Bournemouth, while a slight knock kept Kabasele out of the match against Queens Park Rangers last weekend.

Both are now back in contention for a spot in tomorrow's team, while midfielder Tom Cleverley's fitness is due to be assessed ahead of the match. Will Hughes remains out.

Elsewhere, Troy Deeney could be in line for a first start this season, but head coach Vladimir Ivic is still erring on the side of caution with his number nine and said a change in system could also determine who plays up front.

"Perica is ready and he will be ready for tomorrow," said Ivic. "Kabasele will be ready and will be with us, but with Cleverley, we will see today how things are with him, we don't know yet.

Harrow Times:

"In the last game, Troy played more than in the previous games, he played 45 minutes. I've said a lot of times, the players who come in after a long period, they need this process and we need to think about how we will use them.

"Before the international break he played 25, 30 minutes. I don't remember how long exactly he played in this game, but the last game he played 45 minutes. Now we will see for tomorrow. It depends on the system, it depends on how many strikers we will use tomorrow if he will start or if he will start from the bench."

Following a lacklustre performance against QPR in which the Hornets threw away a lead and ended up with a draw for the third time already this season, Ivic said he wants his players to fight to show that they deserve to be in his team.

With the busy winter period just getting started, he has told them there will be chances for them to make his starting lineup and that it is up to them to prove their worth.

"We have a lot of games in front of us, we play every two or three days," he said. "All of them will have a chance to be starters and to start some times from the bench.

Harrow Times:

"I know all of them want to be starters I know that all of them want to be players in the first 11. Don't forget that we in this moment have four or five strikers and sometimes we only play with one striker. So, three of them stay on the bench.

"But this is reality, this is the selection of players what we have in this moment. And the truth is that all of them need to fight for the position."
