Watford defender Derek Agyakwa has signed a new two-year deal, with the option of another year, before joining Serie C side Como on loan for the rest of the season.
The 18-year-old joined from FC Twente back in January and made his first two appearances for the club in Carabao Cup games against Oxford United and Newport County.

The centre-back first had his contract extended back in June and is now set to stay until 2022.
