It has proved to be a case of third time unlucky for Watford Ladies after their National League Plate quarter-final at Chichester City was postponed yet again.
Having seen the tie called off twice already due to the weather, the Golden Girls were aiming to reach the last four of the competition tomorrow but Storm Dennis has put paid to those hopes.
The match will now have to be rearranged for a third time but, weather permitting, Clinton Lancaster’s side are due to return to Southern Premier Division action on Wednesday night at home to struggling Hounslow.
Watford are currently second in the table, six points behind leaders Crawley Wasps but with two games in hand.
